0-9 Scale (Anecdotal definitions)

• 9 = Data Corruption, no indication

• 8 = Data Corruption, but you know

• 7 = Data Lost with expensive recovery

• 6 = Old Feature fails

• 5 = New Feature fails

• 0 = Spelling error in message never seen
