Privacy Policy
We ask you to provide your name, phone number and email address, so we can contact you to notify you when your call sign is issued, or if there are changes to the classes, such as a change of venue or cancellation. We only use this information to contact you and do not share it with anyone. The only information we store is the notification from the credit card company, and the details you provide when you pay for a class.

When you enroll in a class, we assume you give us permission to email you regarding the class, and add you to our mailing list we can tell you about future classes and information of general interest to new amateur radio operators.

We store your name and email address in our list service, MailChimp, for the purpose of sending your emails. You can take yourself off of our mailing list at any time by using the Unsubscribe link included in each email.

You can use the Update link, provided in each email, to change or delete the information we keep in our mailing list.

When you pay for a class, our payment service provider keeps a copy of the information you provide when you submit your payment – we have access to that information as long as our service provider keeps it – this is no different than any payment information you provide when paying for a purchase.

Refund Policy
We will refund your class fee at any time up to two weeks before the class. After that, we will transfer you to the next class for a $25 transfer fee.

Who We Are
Norm and Naomi Goodkin created Quality Matrix International, Inc, in 1986, to provide education and training for corporations and government agencies. That training includes providing amateur radio licensing and skills classes.

We are a California corporation. The Goodkin 1-Day Ham Radio Class, this website, has all the information about our classes.

You will see our company name rather than Goodkin Ham Classes when our credit card service provider processes your payment.
